By creating an account or using OwlPrice, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. What OwlPrice does

OwlPrice periodically checks the public product pages you ask us to watch and emails you when your alert rules fire. Prices and availability are best-effort observations and may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect — always confirm the price on the retailer's site before purchasing.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for the activity under your account. Provide a valid email address so we can deliver your alerts.

4. Acceptable use

• Don't use the service to break the law or infringe others' rights.
• Don't attempt to overload, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Don't use the service to track content you're not permitted to access.

We may apply reasonable limits (for example, on how many products one account can track) to keep the service available for everyone.

5. No warranty

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that alerts will be timely, that prices will be accurate, or that the service will be uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OwlPrice is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, or for any purchase decision you make based on information from the service.

7. Termination

You can stop using OwlPrice and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; we'll update the date above when we do. Continued use means you accept the changes.
