Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 26, 2026
OwlPrice ("we", "us") helps you track the price of products you choose and emails you when your alert rules fire. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account data — your email address and an encrypted password (managed by our authentication provider).
- Tracking data — the product URLs you add, the alert rules you set, and the prices and availability we observe for those products over time.
- Technical data — basic logs needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use it
- To check the products you track and email you when a rule fires.
- To show your watchlist, price history, and alert history.
- To keep the service secure and to debug problems.
We only send transactional messages — the price alerts you asked for and essential account notices. We do not sell your data or send marketing email. Every alert includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can disable all alerts from your settings.
Cookies
We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Service providers
We rely on a few processors to run the service: a hosting/authentication and database provider (Supabase), an email delivery provider (Resend), and our own price-checking infrastructure that fetches the public product pages you ask us to watch.
Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete a tracked item at any time, or delete your account, which removes your profile and tracked items.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You can delete your account from settings, or contact us for any other request.
